1. Order placement & confirmation
- The minimum order value for online orders is ₹2,000.
- No payment is collected when placing an order. Our team will contact you to confirm the order before processing it.
- Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or immediate dispatch.
2. Prices & stock availability
- Website prices and discounts may change without notice. The final price will be confirmed by our team.
- Product availability will be confirmed before dispatch. If any item is unavailable, we will suggest alternatives. If you do not wish to proceed with the alternatives and the order value falls below ₹2,000, we may have to cancel the order.
- Product images are for reference only. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
3. Payment & dispatch
- Full payment of the final confirmed order value must be made before dispatch.
- Orders will be dispatched only after the final order details have been communicated and payment has been received.
- Dispatch may be delayed due to stock availability, weather conditions or safety reasons.
4. Delivery
- Orders are delivered through third-party delivery services such as Porter. Delivery charges are based on the applicable rates and are payable by the customer.
- Free delivery is available on orders worth ₹10,000 and above.
- The delivery date and time will be confirmed by our team.
- Customers may arrange their own pickup or delivery through an app of their choice from the warehouse location provided by us. Such arrangements are at the customer's own risk.
5. Order cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Please contact us by call or WhatsApp to request cancellation.
- If you have already requested a cancellation but receive a call from our team, please inform them of your cancellation request.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
6. Returns, exchanges & order photographs
- Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the products and packaging.
- Customers may request photographs of their order before dispatch.
7. Walk-in purchases & self-pickup
- Minimum order value for walk-in purchases to avail website prices is ₹2,500.
- Online orders can be picked up regardless of order value, subject to the ₹2,000 minimum.
- Self-pickup discounts are not available for orders below ₹3,000.
- Customers opting for self-pickup must carry a copy of their order.
