Cracker Bazaar ("we") runs crackerbazaar.in. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

- Order details: your name, contact number, alternate number, delivery address, landmark, PIN code and any note you add, together with the products and quantities you order.
- Account details: if you log in, your name, email address and phone number from your login.
- Enquiries: what you type into the contact form is sent to us on WhatsApp from your own phone.
- Cart: your cart is stored only in your own browser until you place the order.
- Usage data: we use Google Tag Manager and related Google tools to understand how visitors use the website. These may set cookies.
2. How we use it
- To confirm your order, the final price and stock with you by phone or WhatsApp.
- To arrange delivery through Porter, which receives your name, phone number and address for that delivery.
- To keep a record of orders for our accounts and to answer questions about past orders.
- To improve the website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything other than the purposes above.
3. Payments
No payment is taken on this website, and we never ask for card or bank details here.
4. Where it is stored
Order details are stored securely with our hosting and database providers. Logins are handled by Google Firebase. Order notifications reach our team by email.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
