1. Placing an order
- Placing an order on this website is a request. Our team calls you to confirm stock, the final price and delivery before anything is dispatched.
- No payment is taken on the website. You pay only after we confirm your order.
- The minimum order value is ₹2,000. Orders below this cannot be placed.
2. Prices
- Prices and discounts shown are for the current season and can change without notice. The price confirmed on the call is final.
- Product images are for reference. Packaging may differ slightly from the photo.
3. Delivery
- Orders are delivered through Porter. Delivery charges are as per Porter's rates and are payable by the customer.
- Delivery is free on orders of ₹10,000 and above.
- Delivery area, date and time are confirmed on the call. Dispatch may be delayed in rain or for safety reasons.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Call or message us on WhatsApp.
- Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
5. Returns and damaged goods
- Crackers are hazardous goods, so delivered products cannot be returned.
- If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or adjust the amount.
6. Safety
- Orders are for buyers aged 18 and above. Crackers must be used under adult supervision.
- Follow the safety instructions on each pack and the local rules and permitted timings for bursting crackers.
- Cracker Bazaar is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or unsafe handling.
