Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery charges will be as per Dunzo / Porter charges.

2. Deliveries can be delayed due to various factors, most important being rains and government rules.

3. You will need to pay online before we can ship your order. After you place your order, we’ll call you to confirm the details. Once confirmed, you can make the payment, and we’ll ship your items.

4. Order gets canceled automatically if wrong contact details are provided.

5. If the products ordered are out of stock, we will provide alternate products for the same value after intimation.

6. If the products are out of stock and if the order value goes below ₹3000 then we hold the right to cancel the order if replacement offer is not accepted.

7. For local pickup, please carry a copy of your order.

8. Website prices will not be given for orders below ₹6000 during local pickup.

9. Local pickup discount is not available for order value below ₹10000.

10. ALL ITEMS ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
